Firefly Models accepts payments through Paypal, for more details check www.paypal.com. We will accept cheques from UK customers, please email us at info@fireflymodels.co.uk for details.

We reserve the right to decline any order without explanation.

We are happy to deal with buyers from outside the UK, particularly the European Union, Canada, USA, New Zealand and Australia. However, we reserve the right to refuse orders from other countries.

Firefly Models accepts no liability for any errors in listing.

Please note that some of our products are conversion sets for plastic kits, the kit IS NOT provided with the conversion set.

We endeavour to hold sufficient stock for all orders, if an item is out of stock and is ordered we will order from the manufacturer and fulfil your order. If the item is part of an order that includes other items then we will hold the whole order until all products are available for shipping.It is the responsibility of the buyer to check their orders immediately upon arrival.

Firefly Models accepts no responsibility for damaged goods from seven days after receipt of goods, nor goods that have clearly been opened. We reserve the right to check any returns prior to refund or replacement. If it is clear that the product has been damaged in any way by the buyer then no refund or replacement will be made.
