Who are Firefly Models?

We are a UK based model retailer, and have over 8 years mail order experience shipping throughout the UK, Europe, North and South America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa  and more!

Do you have a shop?

No, we are mail order only and have no retail premises.

Do you hold everything in stock?

If its listed on our website then we should have it in stock. We try to keep stock figures accurate but occasionally errors happen. In the event of an error we will keep the customer informed.

Can I pre-order products?

Often our suppliers announce new products coming to the market, if you see something and it isn't listed on our site yet then drop us a line at info@fireflymodels.co.uk and we will reserve one for you and arrange payment for when the goods are in the UK.

How can I pay?

We accept Paypal and cheques (cheques only from UK banks please). We don't keep payment details on file and find Paypal is one of the most secure payment services for our customers. For more details visit www.fireflymodels.co.uk

Do you attend shows?

We are planning on attending shows, we will keep all our customers up to date by email.
